DaBaby’s freestyles are very impressive. Fans have watched DaBaby rap over everything in the past few months, including Future and Sexy Red. People have grown fond of the hitmaker’s ferocious freestyles and praised him for various qualities, including composition and delivery. This time, the North Carolina MC is spitting along to Kendrick Lamar’s well-known Drake insult, “Not Like Us.” The rapper has already released another one. DaBaby, who can be seen dancing in his bathroom, driving around with the windows down, and other scenes, released the song and its entertaining music video today. Once more, his rapid bars impress listeners, who voice their opinions in the Instagram comments section. Even many believe he may have beaten Kendrick, though that is still debatable.
In response to requests for him to rap over more songs from Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s beef, DaBaby also asked fans to submit ideas for his next freestyle in the comments section of his website. Some believe he should try Metro Boomin’s “BBL Drizzy” rhythm, but “Family Matters” is a superb choice. In April, he gave fans his opinion on the song “Like That,” which became popular and sparked the fight.
Many fans are pushing for him to put out an album or something entirely different. Fortunately, they shouldn’t have to wait too long for that. Though he hasn’t yet confirmed an official release date, DaBaby revealed that a new album is in the works. Earlier this month, he dropped three tracks under the project name GHETTO SUPERSTAR: (THE INTRO) to offer fans a taste of what’s next. In addition to “GHETTO SUPERSTAR FREESTYLE” and “DONE TRYING,” he also dropped “JUDY,” a collaboration with Skilla Baby.
