Drake Makes History As First Artist To Hit 100 Billion Streams On Spotify

As the first artist to reach 100 billion plays on Spotify, Drake has achieved history again. After a well-publicized battle with Kendrick Lamar, where he dropped multiple well-known DJ tracks, he has accumulated 78,140,542 monthly listeners. “The Heart Part 6,” “Family Matters,” and other titles are among them. Furthermore, he recently collaborated with Sexyy Red on the song “U, My Everything.”

Kurrco’s supporters brought up his feud with Lamar when he posted the news on X, which was once Twitter. Some fans argue that the rivalry between Drake and Lamar has fueled both artists’ success, while others believe it has overshadowed their talents. Despite the ongoing competition, Drake’s massive following and continued chart-topping hits prove he remains a dominant force in the music industry.

The dispute between Lamar and Drake started when the rapper from Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers made fun of Drake on Future and Metro Boomin’s song “Like That” earlier this year. The two released multiple disc recordings targeted at each other in the following weeks. “Family Matters” brought Drake 75 million streams. When Lamar released “Meet the Grahams” and “Not Like Us” back-to-back, it caused a stir. In terms of the future, DJ Akademiks recently disclosed that Drake will be releasing additional new music this summer.
