Fans of music have been discussing and eagerly awaiting new revelations from Apple Music’s list of the Top 100 albums ever released for days on end. The record label searched for an official ranking of the best albums ever produced. As such, it has gradually released the whole list over the past few days. There are only ten albums left to reveal, and fans are guessing which ones will make a list and where some of their favourites will end up. Adele, Billie Eilish, and Taylor Swift are just a few well-known contemporary musicians who have already secured their places on the list. Ebro has since given fans behind-the-scenes access to some criteria for judging the albums. Over the past week, fans have been debating the list since its introduction. Some are surprised by the rankings, while others are thrilled to see their favourite artists recognized. The anticipation is building as the final albums are set to be revealed in the coming days.

He recently tweeted a list of the six items that voters were requested to ensure were on their ballot. Above all, they weren’t required to choose only their top records. The albums on this list include ones that captured a particular cultural moment for the artist or genre, albums that were whole ideas rather than just compilations of popular songs, albums that represent culture in production and lyrics in a comprehensive way, and albums that motivated a generation to make more music. These albums showcase the best in musicianship, storytelling, recording, and production, and lastly, albums that are timeless and transcend genre boundaries. These albums were selected based on their lasting impact and influence in the music industry. The voting process aimed to recognize albums that have stood the test of time and continue to inspire listeners across generations.

Thus far, the list features a good representation of hip-hop. The modern stars of the genre appeared right at the beginning of the unveiling. The first ten albums feature both Travis Scott and Tyler, The Creator. 50 Cent and Snoop Dogg’s albums came out soon after them. The list also includes appearances by Drake, Outkast, Nas, Wu-Tang Clan, Biggie, A Tribe Called Quest, Dr. Dre, Jay-Z, Eminem, N.W.A., Missy Elliott, De La Soul, Tupac, Beastie Boys, Drake, and Nas.

Furthermore, a lot of people believe that Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp a Butterfly will be among the top 10. Additionally, there is speculation that Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy will be cut. Both albums are considered modern classics in the hip-hop genre.
