Megan Thee Stallion Previews New Song

Megan Thee Stallion is having an exceptional year so far. She began with a chart-topping single, “HISS,” and has captivated audiences with her stellar guest appearances. She has also released two impressive tracks, “COBRA” and “BOA,” to preview her upcoming album, Megan. Although the title of her next single remains a mystery, the anticipation is high, as it promises to be yet another standout hit.

Megan Thee Stallion shared a sneak peek of her new song on Instagram on June 14. The teaser included professional-looking scenes of dancers twerking in what seemed to be a tour bus. Although absent at first, Megan soon appears and takes centre stage. The lyrics are exactly what you’d expect from a Megan Thee Stallion song, and the music and sample are catchy. Megan seems to know she could have a hit on her hands as she takes some breaks and lets the beat play. The sample is from “Booty Me Down” by Kstylis, adding a nostalgic touch since the song was released in 2012.

The single by Megan Thee Stallion received a lot of love from her peers, and they made their appreciation known in the comments. GloRilla and Flo Milli praised the untitled track, saying, “Yes, I love this song.” Notably, both artists have collaborated with Megan in the past. In fact, Flo Milli even contributed her rap skills to the “Sunday Service” remix alongside Megan and Latto. Megan Thee Stallion is basking in her current massive success. She has taken to social media to express gratitude to her fans. She has confidently asserted that she is now at a level where she can fill stadiums, subtly dismissing her critics.

Megan’s upcoming album will have a positive vibe. After dealing with stress and scrutiny in the past few years, she’s focusing on having fun, and the emotions are beautifully expressed in the music.

She told Rolling Stone,

“I’m really not focused on the negativity on my album,”

“I have a lot of different songs on the album because my emotion doesn’t stop at anger. My emotion doesn’t stop at sadness because I did grow and I did start feeling more things. I started feeling really happy.”

‘Megan’s release date is set for June 28th.
