Megan Thee Stallion Reschedules Dallas “Hot Girl Summer” Show Due To NBA Finals

Still On her “Hot Girl Summer” tour, Megan Thee Stallion is travelling with GloRilla around the United States. With their electrifying shows and entertaining special guests, the femcees have thrilled fans in places such as Chicago, NYC, Philadelphia, Memphis, and more thus far. The NBA Finals, though, has forced Meg to rearrange her tour schedule. Many of her followers in her area were disappointed when she announced the news on Twitter today. Meg promised the audience that the concert would continue and the new dates would be revealed soon. Supporters are demonstrating their undying support for the Houston rapper and looking forward to her comeback to the stage despite the setback.

She wrote,

“Dallas Hotties — Due to the NBA Finals schedule, my show at American Airlines Center on June 11th has been rescheduled to Wednesday, June 26th. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date,”

The circumstances are beyond Meg’s control, yet there has been a lot of public commentary regarding the postponement. One individual expressed, “Why didn’t they reschedule the NBA finals instead?” Another person commented, “NBA BETTER have compensated my girl since her concert was scheduled first!” Many others have noted that this isn’t the first time Meg has had to reschedule recently. Just last week, the “Hiss” rapper was set to perform in Atlanta when a major water main break disrupted her plans. To compound the issue, the show scheduled for the following night was also postponed, eliciting frustration from fans. One fan even gained traction on TikTok for phoning the mayor to voice her frustrations and revealing that she wasn’t informed of the postponement until she arrived in full costume at the venue. Despite these challenges, Meg delivered impressive performances for Atlanta fans in the subsequent days, partially mitigating the delays.
