Nas Shows Off His Luxurious New York Condo; Considered For “Key To The City’

Nas recently showcased his new luxury condo to journalists in collaboration with the New York Post. The 1700-square-foot residence, reportedly costing the rapper $16.5k a month, was presented alongside his New York-based ventures, including a casino project in Queens. Nas, a highly influential and respected figure in New York’s vibrant hip-hop scene, is considered a potential recipient of a key to the city. This honour would serve as a testament to his significant contributions to the cultural and musical landscape of New York. It would further solidify his status as an icon within the city and beyond. Recently, there has been a push to revoke the key from Diddy due to allegations of assault against Cassie. Whether Nas will receive the key is uncertain, but his influence in New York will endure.

Over the past four years (2020-2023), Nas teamed up with Hit-Boy to release six new albums, including two trilogies: King’s Disease and Magic. The final installments of the Magic series, Magic 2 and Magic 3, were released last year, and promotional activities for both albums are ongoing. Nas has also released new music videos for lesser-known tracks from these albums this year. This year, Nas will celebrate the 30th anniversary of his debut album “Illmatic” with a remarkable Las Vegas orchestra show. Additionally, “Illmatic” recently made it to Apple Music’s list of the top 100 albums of all time.
