It appears NOTA Baloyi is pained by his failed relationship with the singer Berita but is taking consolation in the knowledge that he didn’t give up until the end.
The controversial music executive was a gus of DJ Sbu on The Hustler’s Corner where he poured out aspects of his life and his failed relationship with Berita.
He spoke about dressing well just to please her, as well as wearing cologne that she loved. The goal was to create the right impression. Anyway, all that is past tense now.
He would have loved to save his marriage. In fact, he made the effort to, publicly writing about how he wanted his marriage back while blaming evil forces for the failure of the relationship.
It turned out that this wasn’t enough. The crisis in his marriage eventually led to a divorce from which, as evident from the interview, he appears to be still reeling
At some point, NOTA had a wonderful relationship with his wife, even taking her on a spa date. But his cintentious personality worried her and she pointed out he wouldn’t listen to anyone but himself.
The couple separated soon after, occasionally firing shots at each other until their divorce was formalised.
