Losing one’s home in a fire – or any other way for that matter – is one experience that many people would rather be spared. But as we witness almost all the time, life does not always go the way people wish or want it.
Well, South African actress Innocent Sadiki stands as a sterling example of this reality. She recently lost her home in a fire and popped online to lament the tragedy that overtook her.
In a clip shared on her official X account, she could be seen being consoled while her home burns to the ground in the background. While she is pained about the loss of her home. she is grateful that the fire didn’t consume her or any member of her family with it.
She said they (likely her and her family) are shuttered [sic] and asked the members of the public to pray for her. Well, from the responses to her post so far, it was clear that people were more than willing to stay with her in prayer, as well as wish her the best in one day recovering all she lost. It is unclear what caused the fire at the time of writing but investigations should unearth that soon.
