The late Robbie Malinga’s widow Ann has reportedly threatened to take legal action against TS Records over her late husband’s royalties.
Mzansi is stunned by the recent news of drama surrounding Robbie Malinga’s widow Ann and TS Records. According to reports, she is threatening to take TS Records and Universal Music to court over her late husband’s royalties.
She is also said to be demanding recording agreements and other documents that bound the late singer and the companies.
This is coming seven years after Robbie Malinga died. He passed on Christmas Day in 2017, and his wife is reported to still be fighting for his royalties. Zimoja reports that she’s ready to go to court. She said,
“Both companies are involved in the same fraudulent scheme regarding Robbie’s work. I’ve been asking for these documents since January 2018, a few days after Robbie’s burial.”
