Scumie Shares Her ATM Dreams

It is often said that the first step to accomplish something is to dream about it. If nothing else we can at least confirm that South African rapper is one woman with big dreams, and she just might accomplish them all — with time.

The trap queen is looking to join the African Trap Movement (ATM), a rap collective that comprises the likes of Sjava, Saudi, Emtee and Ruff — each a successful musician in his own right.

The songstress made her ambitions known in a post on her official X account on January 1, 2024. So, in a sense, it might pass for a New Year dream or resolution of sorts. You can check out her post below.

If she eventually makes it to the group, she will be the first female to be a part of it, and that’s quite significant for her.

It is unclear how long it would take her to be a part of ATM, but having made her plans known, it’s only reasonable that she should put in the effort to eventually join the group.

ATM as a collective has been quite successful in South Africa, peopled by some of the most recognizable voices in the industry. Maybe it wouldn’t be long before we roll out the drums to celebrate Scumie being a part of the collective.
