A while back, it was just a dream. Right now, though, South African singer Tyla is living almost everything she dreamt of. An affirmation of this reality was her appearance at this year’s BET Awards, where fellow singer Makhadzi won a scudetto.
Tyla rocked a Versace dress adorned with jewels reportedly worth over R4 million – that’s enough cheddar to buy a Ferrari! That only shows just how beautiful her life has grown every day since becoming famous and winning her first Grammy award at 22.
Popular entertainment commentator Phil Mphela spoilt the tea on Tyla’s dress in a recent tweet, noting in his post that the jewels on the dress were from Jared Atelier of Signet’s.
Of course, given the way she turned up for the event, she stood out from the crowd and was a topic of conversation among her compatriots, as well as those who showed up for the occasion. See the post below.
