Before her performance at Wembley on Friday, Taylor Swift took a royal photo with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, the pop star’s two young fans.
A photo of the royal three with the artist backstage prior to the concert was shared by Kensington Palace on X, the platform that originally hosted Twitter.
The BBC website states that Swift’s performance on Friday was the first of eight scheduled performances at Wembley, which will take place between this week and August. The stadium was reportedly filled with 90 000 “Swifties.” Following that, Swift shared another selfie in which Prince William, Princess Charlotte, and boyfriend Travis Kelce all appeared in.
Prince Louis, and Catherine, Princess of Wales, remained at home. Swift and Prince William have been acquainted for more than ten years. Subsequent videos from the event appeared to show Prince William dancing to Swift’s energetic song Shake It Off, and they went viral online.
Swift has been introducing her fans to her back catalog of hits, which includes songs from the albums 1989, Red, and Midnights, during her Eras Tour, which is currently touring the UK with stops in Edinburgh, Liverpool, and Cardiff.
Swift reportedly broke attendance records last week during her concert at Anfield, the home of Premier League powerhouse Liverpool.
