Tebogo Thobejane’s Shooting Suspects Appear in Alexandra Magistrates Court

The suspects involved in Tebogo Thobejane’s shooting have appeared at the Alexandra Magistrates Court.

According to a new report by Briefly News, the two suspects in the former Muvhango actress Tebogo Thobejane shooting recently appeared in the Alexandra Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 20 May 2024. The publication  writes that the suspects were first arrested for a different charge in April 2024 but later on, they were linked to the shooting of a car Thobejane was travelling in last year.

The club hostess, Tebogo is said to have opened a case after she was attacked in October last year. She later took to social media and shared an update on the case. According to her, the suspects in her shooting incident appeared at the Alexandra Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 20 June 2024.
Zimoja also reports that the two men were first arrested in April 2024 for a different charge and later linked to the shooting of Tebogo’s car last year. In a comment to the publication, she said she still wanted to know who sent the hitmen to attack her because they are yet to confess.

 

“I’m still living in fear because I don’t understand why I’m being targeted by hitmen. It’s disheartening to live in fear due to the unknown. All I desire is to find happiness with my family and lead a peaceful life at home. I just want the law to take its course,” said Tebogo.

Briefly writes that the suspects will remain behind bars, as the cases have been postponed to Thursday, 26 September, for police to conduct further investigations.
