Even though she survived the festival, she later disclosed on social media that she has polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). The signs of this long-term hormonal reproductive condition can include irregular periods, enlarged ovaries, thinning hair, acne, weight gain, and infertility.

It seems like Monét still intends to play the July 27 Broccoli City Festival in Washington, DC; August 1 Lollapalooza in Chicago; and August 9 Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco, according to Billboard. This past year, Monet emerged as one of the R&B genre’s breakout performers. August of last year saw the highly acclaimed publication of her debut album, JAGUAR II.

While there are many of her greatest songs on the album, one stands out from the others. After her latest album was released, “On My Mama” became her breakthrough success, cracking the Hot 100.
